Is the Admin account free, or is it a trial?

The first Admin seat is free and stays free. You start with a 3-day card-free trial that includes A$15 trial wallet credit, and additional seats are A$35 each per month. See Pricing for details.

Where is our data stored?

BIQc's database and file storage are in Australian data centres, encrypted at rest and in transit. AI model providers and some other named service providers process data overseas, in line with Australian Privacy Principle 8. See the Trust Centre.

Does AI usage cost extra on top of the seat price?

Yes. AI usage is charged in tokens from your account wallet, separately from seats. When funds run out, new AI work stops before supplier execution; add funds manually or use an approved automatic top-up. See Pricing.

Do you train AI models on our data?

No. What you type, upload and generate is not added to AI training datasets by BIQc, and training-restriction controls are applied on supported AI providers. See the AI Learning Guarantee.
