The economics

Three numbers define the self-service offer

No hidden plan ladder. The first Admin seat is free, additional licensed seats have one price, and wallet funding starts at five dollars.

A$0 / month

The original Admin / Governance seat remains free.

A$35 / month

Each additional allocated seat, excluding GST, up to nine total self-service seats.

A$5 minimum

The smallest settled whole-dollar wallet top-up.

Token metering, in plain English

You can always answer: what am I using, and what does it cost?

What's a token?

AI models read and write text in small pieces called tokens — a token is roughly three-quarters of a word. "Which invoices are overdue?" is about 7 tokens; the answer might use a few hundred more.

What uses tokens?

Questions you ask, the answers BIQc writes, and every supplier-billable input, output or model dimension. The account wallet is the financial authority for this usage.

What happens when funds run out?

New AI work stops before supplier execution. Add funds manually or use an approved automatic top-up. BIQc does not allow the customer wallet to silently go negative.

Trial wallet, worked out

What A$15 of trial credit actually buys

BIQc Credits are the wallet display unit for AUD — not tokens. The conversion is fixed. What each Ask costs still depends on the model and how much context you send.

Trial credit A$15 Card-free promotional wallet value for the 3-day trial.
Same balance in Credits 750,000 What Billing shows when you switch to BIQc Credits view.
Fixed conversion 50,000 / A$1 So A$0.10 of model use ≈ 5,000 Credits.
Example Ask Illustrative cost Roughly fits in A$15
Short check “Which invoices are overdue this month?” ~A$0.02–0.05~1,000–2,500 Credits Hundreds of short asks
Connected brief “Summarise cash runway from our finance tools.” ~A$0.20–0.50~10,000–25,000 Credits Dozens of medium asks
Heavy session Multi-turn strategy across a morning in Ask BIQc ~A$1.50–3.00~75,000–150,000 Credits Several deep sessions

Illustrative only — live cost is model-dependent and shown in Billing for each request. Unused trial credit does not carry past 3 days.

Wallet funding

Fund the account wallet with settled AUD.

Manual and automatic top-ups use explicit limits. Wallet credit is added only after payment settlement.

Funding methodMinimumPer-event maximumMonthly maximum
Manual card top-upA$5, whole dollarsA$1,000Customer controlled
Automatic top-upCustomer selectedA$1,000A$1,000 total
Invoice top-upA$5, whole dollarsA$10,000Finance approval above A$1,000

Automatic top-up has no event-count limit, but it cannot exceed A$1,000 for one refill or A$1,000 in cumulative automatic top-ups during a month. Manual intervention never bypasses the financial audit trail.

Straight answers

Pricing questions, answered honestly

How is AI usage charged?+
AI usage is model-dependent and debited from the account wallet using the input, output and other billable dimensions of the request. The Billing screen shows the account's AUD ledger and its BIQc Credits equivalent.
What does the A$15 trial credit buy?+
A$15 equals 750,000 BIQc Credits at 50,000 Credits per A$1. That is enough for hundreds of short Asks, dozens of connected briefs, or several deeper multi-turn sessions — exact spend depends on the model and context size. Unused trial credit does not carry past 3 days.
What happens after the 3-day trial?+
You stay in the account. Settings, team, connectors, history and Billing stay open. Ask BIQc, voice and other token-spend features stay off until a payment method is saved and usable credit is in the wallet. A saved card with a zero balance is not enough. An invoice request is not credit — those features unlock only after the invoice is paid and the funds are credited. Unused trial credit does not carry past 3 days. The same rule applies later if the wallet is empty.
What happens when I revoke a team member?+
Their access ends and the seat becomes available for another member. Your licensed seat quantity does not automatically reduce, so reusing that available seat adds no new subscription charge.
How do I reduce the number of paid seats?+
Raise a support request. A licensed-seat reduction has a 30-day notice period and is processed by authorised BIQc staff. Revoking access alone frees occupancy but does not cancel the subscription capacity.
What if a supplier charges BIQc but the AI request returns no usable result?+
The confirmed supplier cost is charged once at the applicable customer rate and the failure is shown. BIQc does not automatically call the supplier again. A manual retry is a new billable request.
Can I control automatic top-ups?+
Yes. The Admin chooses the trigger and refill amount within the approved limits. One refill cannot exceed A$1,000, and total automatic top-ups cannot exceed A$1,000 in a month.

Start with one free Admin seat.

Use BIQc for 3 days without a card, with A$15 of trial wallet credit. Add paid seats only when your team needs them.
