Overview
The BIQc Trust Centre provides centralised access to all security, compliance and data governance documentation. If a customer, advisor or regulator asks how BIQc handles data, the answer should be on these pages — and checkable.
Data sovereignty
- Customer data is hosted in Australian data centres.
- AI processing uses approved model providers under training restrictions, and can occur outside Australia (Australian Privacy Principle 8) — disclosed in the AI Learning Guarantee and the DPA.
- Provider processing disclosures are available in our legal documentation.
- Data governance controls are documented for enabled services, in line with Australian data protection legislation.
Security certifications — honest status
- SOC 2 Type II: controls aligned, certification in progress.
- ISO 27001: alignment maintained.
- Regular penetration testing.
- Continuous vulnerability scanning.
We publish status rather than badges. When a certification completes, this page will say so — with the report available to customers under NDA.
Uptime & reliability
- High-availability architecture targets with resilience controls appropriate to the deployed environment.
- Automated backups with point-in-time recovery.
- Disaster recovery procedures maintained and reviewed.
