Where does our data live?
Customer data is stored in Australian data centres, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+, TLS 1.3 preferred). AI model processing can occur overseas under disclosed training restrictions. See the security overview.
Do AI providers train on our data?
No — training-restriction controls apply on supported providers, and enterprise agreements add contractual training restrictions. See the AI Learning Guarantee.
What happens when someone leaves?
Access ends immediately on revocation — no grace period — and company memory stays in the business workspace.
Can we get custom terms?
Yes — custom deployment options, data-residency options and commercial terms are available by agreement on Specialist and Custom Build plans.
What about certifications?
Aligned to SOC 2 Type II controls with certification in progress, compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Honest status, no badge-washing — current state is always in the Trust Centre.
