- Certifications are reported honestly: BIQc holds none today, and a SOC 2 Type II audit has not yet started.

Overview
The BIQc Trust Centre provides centralised access to all security, compliance and data governance documentation. If a customer, advisor or regulator asks how BIQc handles data, the answer should be on these pages — and checkable.
Data sovereignty
- BIQc's database, sign-in and file storage are hosted with Supabase in Sydney. The application, secrets vault and cache run in Microsoft Azure Australia East and Australia Southeast.
- AI processing uses approved model providers under training restrictions, and can occur outside Australia (Australian Privacy Principle 8) — disclosed in the AI Learning Guarantee and the DPA.
- Some other service providers, such as payments, email delivery, error monitoring and website chat, also handle data outside Australia. The Privacy Policy names each one and its country.
- Data governance controls are documented for enabled services, in line with Australian data protection legislation.
Security certifications — honest status
- SOC 2 Type II: not yet started.
- Automated code, dependency and container-image scanning runs on every change before release.
We publish status rather than badges. When BIQc starts or completes a certification, this page will say so.
Uptime & reliability
- The application runs in one Azure region (Australia East) and can add a second instance under load. It is not yet spread across availability zones.
- The database is backed up daily by our hosting provider.
